Welcome to USAID’s SEED Community. As stated on our homepage, we are dedicated to maintaining a proactive and respectful community that engages in lively discussions about entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
Toward that end, we have basic ground rules for commenting to maintain a civil and constructive atmosphere. These are supported by a moderating system that features a team of SEED moderators. If you wish to participate in the community, we ask that you follow the ground rules outlined below:
Respect Others – Please be polite to all the members of our community, including other commenters, authors, and the subjects of discussion threads.
Safe Space – This website is a safe and welcoming space for all individuals and their ideas. Therefore, any rudeness, insults, hate speech, hostility, or negativity cannot be tolerated. Users who violate the sanctity of our safe space will have their comments removed and may even lose their ability to participate in future discussions.
Moderation – To maintain a civil atmosphere, we reserve the right to have our moderation team read comments before they are displayed on the site. Your comment may be edited or removed at any time, if our team of moderators feels it violates SEED’s posting guidelines or code of conduct. Reviewing time may vary depending on several internal factors, including comment load, so please bear with us. The team will do its best to share your comments as quickly as possible.
